REMINDER:  All tournament ENTRIES must be "PAID ENTRIES" to be accepted by the Tournament Chairman.
An additional $5.00 dollar per player will be charged if entry fee is paid at the starting table on the day of the tournament.  The only exception is "walk-ons".
